I got 5 bloodline crates delivered to my inventory and I did not order them, why would I need the same thing 5 times.  Bloodlines removed 1797 Lindens from my account too over this,  they removed all my Lindens!!  How do I go about getting a refund.  I have asked bloodlines vampire game several times to get my Lindens back and they are ignoring me and wishing me happy hunting!!   Help...  Jessi

If Bloodlines doesn't return the money you have no recourse.  LL does not involve themselves in this type of dispute.  Unless you can return the merchandise Bloodlines probably won't give you the money back.  You can't return the items if they are no transfer.
