Thanks for the update.  That's usually the problem, which is why I asked.  I'm glad you checked.  I was there myself this morning and watched a couple of people get payouts, so the payout station seems to be working.  Maybe Linden Lab fixed something since you last tried.  If it's still not working for you, I suggest submitting a support case and asking them to see if Magellan Linden can look into it.
