How do I find contacts for a group to change my role?

I received citizenship in Tombstone Arizona wild west role play. The instructons were to go to contacts, find the group, and see info to see if my status changed and to get my badge. I have no idea where to start looking for contacts. Please help.

Open the group's profile, look for the name of the owner, and send an IM.

Contacts lists your friends and groups.  

Look in the group page through your contact list under the Info button.  See what roles you were assigned on the first page bottom left.  There is a drop down box there where you will find all the group tags you were assigned.  Click the tag you want to change your group tag.

If you want a different role, contact the group owner or officer that has the authority to give out group tags above the 'everyone' level.  You can look under Members and Roles>Roles to see who that is by finding the roll and clicking on it.  You'll see a list of people that have that role.

I presume that means "Contacts" is in a different place than the group found under "People"?

The Groups under Contacts are the list of groups you belong to, at least in Firestorm. In your viewer it may be labled People. You can also access a group page by finding the group in your profile and clicking on it.

Sorry. Count me a block head carved from the hardest granite. I panicked. Next day, I contacted the leader of the group and got step by step instructions. Still didn't find what I was looking for, so started looking more closely at the entire first page, It was just below the groups write up and photo, not the bottom of the page. Thanks for your help.
