I won't pretend to understand the question but I will offer some advice:
A landowner in SL has authority to eject and ban anyone from his land. He does not need to explain. He doesn't even need to have a reason. If a landowner makes you leave, you have no choice.
If you ever have reason to believe that someone has violated the TOS, you may submit an Abuse Report to Linden Lab. (See https://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Filing-an-abuse-report/ta-p/700065 ) Be sure to include details and to mention the specific section of the TOS that you believe was violated. Remember, however, that many disagreements are better handled at a personal level. Also remember that Linden Lab will rarely intervene in a dispute between residents unless there is a TOS violation involved.
Finally, take a look at the Community Guidelines for these forums. Specifically, "Interpersonal Disputes or Personal Negative Commentary: If you have a personal disagreement, do not post about it on the Second Life community pages. Residents who have personal differences have other channels of communication available to them — private messaging in the forums, IM within Second Life, or chatting within Second Life. " I recommend removing the name of the person you are disagreeing with here.
