of course it is on purpose ... you can put a bet on that, LL likes it to loose thousends of dollars by molesting their own systems.

The offer is available for more than a week. The end was announced when it was opened. So there was enough time to get yourself subscribed.

 

Problems can occur, and they did this time.

They'r working on it to repair, thats all we know at this moment.

You need to read the fine print.

The 50% off special only applies to a QUARTERLY membership.  This is only for the first quarter.  After that, the cost goes back to the normal quarterly rate, $27.50.

The best deal on a Premium membership is still the annual plan, at $72 per year.  This is the equivalent of $6 per month.  The one downside is that you will not get a refund if you want to go back to a Basic membership before your year is up.  (Your Premium benefits will remain in effect for the full period, though.)

If you do miss the 50% off special and still want to try a quarterly membership, LL runs this 50% off special fairly frequently.  Just catch it next time around.

so if it is now complete.....why cant I and many others STILL not buy any lindens, and why is the support case i have opened not being answered ??

 

Alvin, any serious company in the world having technical problems would extend a special offer if they experienced some technical problem with their system. that is what getting serious really is !! and how am i supposed to know that the offer was just opened a week ago if i am only 3 days old ?
