What does it mean when a parcel of land has ban lines and a message stating the parcel ID could not be resolved?

Ban Lines generally mean the owner has limited access and yuo are not on the list to get in.

The parcel ID message suggests the server is having an issue. Try later, hours later.

The Ban and ID are likely unrelated, unless you haven't included all the pertinant informaton.
