am i allowed to have 2 avis on 1email adress and use the same credit cards to top up both accouns?

I have accidentally created 2 avatars on different accounts, using the same email adress to sign in. I decided to keep them both to be brothers, is this allowed ?? and if so, will both avatard be able to top up SL accounts with Lindens from the same credit card ?? I know what each avatar is only allowed 30dollars for the first 30 days. so does this automatically allow me to top up 60dollars since i have 2 avis ??

Yes, to all of your questions.  Linden Lab treats each avatar account as a separate entity (unless you go crazy and make more than five accounts per email address.)
