We have 2 accounts, the oldest quit letting me sign in, won't retain password. How do I get back in?

You're evidently entering the wrong password, or the system thinks that you are.  If you've double checked the obvious things (no CAPS key, no odd spaces....) and still can't get it to work, submit a support case for Lost Password.

perhaps add one step before contacting support... act as you lost pw, you will get a email to reset it

If you are SURE you are entering the right password, then there is a possibility that your account has been compromised.  This can happen if you have followed a phishing link to a bogus SL sign-in web page and entered your user name and password.
