Go back to that email.  It should give some reason why you were banned.  It won't give any details about time or place, tho.  Only what part of the TOS the violation involves.

 

If it is a temporary hold and not a TOS breach, it will tell you how to contact LL support so you can verify the account and resolve any issues with it being on hold.
