You can go to the support section and open a ticket in the "reactivate an old account" section. Use the current account to create the case or open it with a guest email. 0 Alwin Alcott Posted July 24, 2016 Share Posted July 24, 2016 you have to wait till a LL employee is assigned and contacts you back, you can do nothing to speed things up other than reply on their questions as soon you get a response. It normally doesn't take longer than one or two days before you get a response .. but that depends how busy it is at support..
