Hi ISGI,

While you might not get in trouble, you'd probably be violating someone's copyright. YouTube is fill of stuff that's been illegally copied. YouTube knows this, but doesn't do anything about it unless forced to by people filing DMCA notices. The same is true for LL.

At the technical level, the maximum length of an audio clip in SL is 10 seconds. To play anything longer than that, you'll have to employ a script (they're available for free) to stitch together 10 second clips. And you'll have to split your song into those clips for upload.

There are probably royalty free songs available out on the web. Search for them.
