why can't i see mesh avi's with viewer 2

i have secondlife viewer 4.0.6.315555 but i can't see anybody who hase a mesh body. What am i doing wrong?

Not with this amount of data you provide. You need to add your PC's specs. Best is to copy the content of the window, that cones up, if you click 'Help -> About Secondlife' at the Viewer!
