You can`t hide it from other members but it shouldn`t show to non-members.

You can go to the Roles tab & click to highlight the "everyone" role, then check the box at the bottom left of the box, that will make it so that non-members can not see the members list.

As far as I know, you can't.  You can hide group members from being seen by non-group members except for the group owners.  But group members can always see the members' list and see the last login date.

And there's an odd thing about this -- a person who has logged into SL in other groups might show a more recent date than their log on your group which they might not have put the tag on for ages.

I *think* that's how it works and that accounts for the discrepancies.

I used to think that the log-in date for a group -- any group -- was that person's last log-on in SL in general. Now, I think it's log-on using that group tag?

It is their last genuine login date, but groups can be pretty flakey at updating so you need to use the refresh button to get the right info sometimes.

Yes, this is another problem with privacy in SL, which they probably won't ever change because a few people think "last login" should be known...

It's basically a stalker's tool more than it is useful for honest group members.
