I assume you mean a Premium account.  In that case, contact Live Chat. That's easy.  If you meant a Basic account, however, you may not be able to cancel it easily, but you can try calling the Billing Office.  If you reach them before they have actually cancelled it, they might not charge you the $9.95 reinstatement fee.  If you have a non-technical issue related to billing concerns, you can call the Linden Lab billing team at the following toll-free numbers at any time 24/7:

Just followed Rolig's advice on a non-premium account ... and it worked.  They didn't ask for a restatement fee since the cancellation was still pending.
