transaction failed

Helo all :)

a friend of me payed me som L$ back today.

The transfered money seems to have gone in some black hole, away from my friends account but never reaching mine. He posted me the transaction history. Reloging didn'd help.

Something else to try?

Did you check YOUR transaction log?  His payment to you will be reflected there as well.  Check your balance against the balance in your log.  They should match. 

If his transaction is NOT in your log, ask him to pay you 1L and that may be enough to shock the LL balance back right.

Otherwise, you should take his log of the transaction and yours and put in a ticket for it.  Good luck.

As Venus says, if as last solution you must fill a support ticket, as type choose Billing > Second Life and Marketplace Account balance Payout Issues

On his transaction make sure that he payed the correct name, check the exact spelling, because a lot of names are similar and sometimes people make mistakes.
