The basics of making clothes are fairly simple, you "create new" for whichever item, in edit appearance & add a texture.

The harder part is making something that you would love to wear & for that the key is making good textures. If you have skills with programs such as Photoshop, PaintShop Pro, Gimp etc. you will find that much easier to get started.

But good imagination & artistic flare are good enough to start with and there are tons of tutorials for those software programs to get you the skills.

Then you open a shop, sell your clothes, make squillions of Lindens and take over the world!!!
