Windows error 1000 slplugin.exe does not work - no sound in video in world.

Windows error 1000 slplugin.exe does not work - I get this error message. I have checked my firewall settings, I have reinstalled SL 8 times. Firestorm viewer works fine. This begn afer an SL update in April. What to do?

slplugin is subject to anti-vrus false positives... White list the file in your anti-virus. Or white list the install folder. Also, try turning off your AV while you install. You should be able to turn off AV and run the install without having to uninstall.
