why is my tier more than the land I have?

 Why is the US dollar amount more that the land I have, It supose to be $125,for 1/2 region, but last two times its been $195 which would be for ful region.  I have 32768 meters, but the amount Im billed is$195.

Pop on over to your Land Use Fees Page  and make sure that the $125.00 USD/ month Fee is checked. If not, check it immediately.

Think of this page as a max level slider that can change if for some reason you owned even 4 sqm more land for a second in the previous month. That ownership of land popped you automatically to the next tier level. However, once it is gone the slider will NOT drop back to the original fee level. You have to do it ;(
