It sounds like you have already figured out the answer.  Navgate to the support page (click Help at the top of this page and then Contact Support).  Then create a case, choosing exactly the category and subcateory that you identified.  Follow directions from there.  It's all pretty straightforward.  You do need to identify the person who will be buying the land. 

If you have never bought land before, I strongly suggest taking Lindal Kidd's free class in land ownership and management, offered every Friday eveing at 5SLT at Caledon Oxbridge University in world.
