Hi

I need some advice

on my land there is a giant white cube which causes lag..inspection says its something calles Mofolag...it doesnt show in the objects in the land and when I try to return it i get the message..simulator doesnt allow

What can I do..are there any tools?

if you rent at private region, contact your landlord

if you own mainland, send a ticket to support, or try live chat ( at a time they are available)

If you have the rights on the land, there are precautions you can take to stop this from happening. Set up a group. You have to have 2 people in it so you can create and use an alt for the second person. Under the about land, set the land to a group. You don't have to deed it, just set it. Make sure that everything you have rezzed is rezzed under that group's name. You can right click on the item, edit, and on the first page of the edit pages, you can choose the group. Now in the about land, go to objects and set your auto return to 1. The cube on your land will be returned. 

If it's on neighboring land and if you are on mainland, file a support ticket. If you are on a private sim, contact the owner you rent from.

If it's your land, and the owner of the item isn't listed in the About Land > Objects > (list of object owner names after clicking the round arrow button), then the root of the cube is not on your land and you can't remove it, so you will need to contact support.

In fact, we're supposed to be able to return items that merely encroach on our land now. (Years ago we couldn't.) There are some things that can confuse the physics engine, which is how the encroachment is calculated (notably Linden plants and maybe sometimes things encroaching across sim borders?), but this doesn't really sound like that. I'll bet whatever it is, it's not encroaching at all.
