Question

A few days ago I updated Windows 10 with the update that I was provided with by Windows. Since this time I have been unable to stay logged into SL for more than a minute at most.
I have done clean installs with each of the following viewers: Firestorm 32bit and 64bit, Singularity, and LL SL viewer.

With the Firestorm viewer 64-bit, I am able to log in occassionally but still have crashing to desktop anywhere from immediately after load in to up to about a minute after loading in.
I recieve the crash logger but no other error messages. With viewer 32-bit I recieve an error message that states "Firestorm has stopped working: A problem caused the program
to stop working correctly. Please close the program." Note I also recieve this error message with Singularity and the LL SL viewer.
The following information is what I gathered from the Firestorm viewer via the help menu:

CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5 CPU 650 @ 3.20GHz (3207.96 MHz)

I have done clean installs on all viewers, and rebooted my computer each time. I have also restarted my router. I am simply at a loss at what could be wrong because up until
I did the Windows 10 update on my computer I hadnt really had many problems with any of the SL viewers. My next option would be to contact customer support to see if they might
be able to help me resolve this issue.

Is there anyone who might possibly be able to help me with this issue before I take the next step with CS?

*** I may have resolved my issue by following this link http://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/fs_clearing_settings. I followed this and rebooted my computer, and the Firestorm viewer 64bit seems to be working, or at least I havent crashed. Still testing it but hopefully this has resolved the issue..I guess only time will tell.

not sure what's really wrong, but graphic setting high/utra 6/7 is perhaps a bit much for that card

lower that to mid and see if it gets better, it might overheat.

It also can be just a bad connection, try resetting your router/modem.

And if you can log in, and "just" crash, do not keep installing and re installing, it doesn't make it all run smoother when your viewer has to keep gething all info over and over and can't store it in cache.
