What's the Issue exactly?

Make sure your video card drivers are current. Do a clean-install of SL viewer. Double Check SL System Requirements.

If none of that works, please post as much information as possible regarding the problem so the community can do a better job of providing a solution. Good luck Rick!

my video card drivers are current for windows 10. I have tried reinstall

3 or 4 times.

Please post your PC/Laptops Make & Model and any other Graphics Card/Subsystem data so we can help you further:

So many integrated graphics chipsets from Intel are not capable of running SL under the Windows 10 operating system.

Click the Edit option under your original Posts [Options] drop down menu to add this information.

My machine is a dell Inspiron 1525. Everything else seems to work on here ok

I'm sorry, you're completely our of luck with that PC. It does not meet even the lowest minimum requirements for Second Life, specifically the graphics capabilities.

The Dell Inspiron 1525 - Pentium Dual Core 1.73 GHz - 15.4 - 4 GB Ram - 320 GB HDD laptop is a business graphics only product. It has no ability to render 3D content whatsoever. It is very old technology as well coming into production in 2008. You will need to buy another laptop or desktop to use one of the 3D Viewers for Second Life.
