keep getting logged off when trying to go some place

after ive logged on today everytime i tried to go to another place i get logged off the viewer   (firestorm)

In no particular order, try:

1. Rebooting your modem and router

2. Reducing the amount of stuff you are wearing.

3. Getting off wireless

4. Flying  up to about 200m before you teleport

5. Reducing your Maximum bandwidth (in Preferences >>> Setup)
