Mesh flickering black.

the best way I can describe it is.  When I zoom in its fine when I zoom out black areas in mesh that flicker. umm

also lod is set to high on ojects rendervolume whatever

If you are talking about the sofa, that's most likely a design flaw of that partictular object. The back of the cushions are to close to the rear of the sofas back. When zooming out the surfaces fight which is on top of the other (Z-Fighting). This may happen because of they are to close together anyway, or it's due to the design of the lower Level of Detail models.

If the cushions are separate objects you can try to move them slightly forward, away from the back.

Yeah, rugs are distinguished for being a victim of Z-Fighting. They will have to be lifted up from the surface underneath until the flickering stops.
