it's a griefing attack, indeed send abuse report to LL ( but remember it's juli 4th, they will only work with a emergency team) or contact the landowner/simowner.

 

If it are particles this will help:

go to your preferences / graphics / and put the slider for particles totally to the left ( = 0) they will not longer be visisble.

It sounds like you have been victimized by a replicator.  If it's on your own property, it's fairly easy to  get rid of.  Open World >>> About Land >>> Options and turn off the control that allows scripts to run in the parcel.  That will temporarily kill all scripts, including yours.  Then, open the Objects tab in About Land, refresh the list at the bottom of the page, and return everything owned by someone that you do not recognize.  That will get rid of all the objects and the rezzer that is spawning them continually.  Then, still on the Objects page in About Land, check the boxes that allow ONLY you and group members to rez objects or bring objects onto your land.  Finally, reactivate scripts.

It also sounds as if those cubes are displaying particles.  You can do as Alwin suggests, or simply turn particles off in your own viewer temporarily with CTRL + Shift + Alt + = .  That will stop the annoying particles and make it easier to see what's creating them.

If the objects and particle generators are not on your own land, you should still make sure that you have object creation and object entry disallowed on your parcel so that they can't migrate onto your land later. 

Throughout the whole experience, stay as calm as you can.  Take lots of photos, especially ones in which you have selected an offending object and displayed its owner and creator.  Document everything carefully and submit Abuse Reports. Use the Access tab in About Land to ban specific people so that they cannot enter your parcel again.

Alwin is right that Linden Lab is mostly closed for the holiday, so be patient. Remember, however, that Linden Lab is not responsible for cleaning up after griefer attacks except on its own regions (mostly the Mainland).  The purpose of submitting Abuse Reports is to catch bad guys, not clean up after them.  If you are not the region owner, contact him/her.  Region owners have a full set of tools for dealing with griefer objects.
