How do you add friends while on the website?

I'm not online but can be on the website. I'm wondering if I can add friends while not being on the actually app on a computer. Also please leave the link thanks

If you have an Android device, you can buy the Lumiya viewer from the Google Play store.  This app provides a limited graphics capability, and you can do pretty much anything that you can do with a regular viewer, except build and edit objects.  You can add friends!
