Media volume won't change?

Hey everyone, I'm having a weird problem with my streaming radio. I rent a skybox, and the radio object streams radio stations and is provided by the landlord.  It works fine, but in my volume controls I can't adjust the media volume at ALL, it's really loud and no matter where I place the media volume slider it stays the same.  It doesn't even decrease volume when I turn down/off the master volume slider.  This only happens with the media slider, not music or anything else.  Is there any way I can fix this??  I was really excited to be able to listen to radio stations in my skybox but if it's constantly this loud I don't think I'll be able to.

 

I use Firestorm viewer, if that makes a difference.

Try the Music volume slider instead, that's the one that controls the parcel music stream volume.

As ChinRey says, "media" means a video stream, and the audio associated with it.  "Music" is the audio-only stream, and it's what your radio is playing.
