why cant I log in?

I have absolutely idea. My neighbor couldn't get her car to start yesterday either.  Can you tell me why?

If you want a serious answer to a technical question, you'll have to tell us a lot more about your computer and its Internet connection, any error messages you have been receiving, any things that you have changed recently, any things you have already tried, .....  in short, anything that could provide a starting point for a solution.  Otherwise, we're just guessing.
