How do you birth a puppy if it says "
[21:14] BB Beagle Box 13: I do not have the right rezzing permissions here to birth. Action cancelled."  And how do I feed it, what do I feed it?  Help please!

If you are just seeking information, most of the shops that sell them give out info notecards that explain what their pets do and what you have to buy besides the pet.

If you bought one, read the instruction notecard that came with the product. If you didn't get instructions or don't understand them, you best bet is to contact the creator, their customer service reps or join their support group, if they have one, and ask for support there.

You accepted the solution already, but i want to add this :

the message you get has to do with the fact you don't own the land where you tried it.

Go to a sandbox or other place that allows rezzing, there you can birth your dog

Keep in mind you NEED land to keep the dog, in your inventory it will get sick or eventually even dies because most need to eat .. and they only can while walking inword at a place that has abilities open for scripts, rezzing and objects ( = mostly onwed or rented land, sandboxes are not suitable for that)
