I bought Item but did not received, How can I check to see if it was bought and then shipped

Alwin's right!  Also, if your Transaction log shows that you did pay for the item, but you don't think you got it, check the following:

• Look in the Received Items section of your inventory, for things purchased on the Marketplace
• Look in the Objects folder, or look for a new folder with the item's name on it, if you bought it in world
• Check to make sure you are not in Busy (Unavailable) mode.  If you are, items sent to you will be automatically refused, and they will be lost.

If it appears that you paid for the item, but did not get it, send the seller a polite IM, notecard, or both, requesting a re-delivery.  NOTE:  Sellers are not required to honor these requests, but if you ask nicely, a lot of them will do so.  If you bought it on the Marketplace, and the seller won't help you, you can file a Support Case with Linden Lab and ask for a re-delivery.  Include the details of the transaction from your Transaction Log.

Sorry to hear that. Alwin and Lindal have already given good answers but there is one more important thing you shold be aware of:

It if is a failed delivery on the Marketplace (that is you bought on MP and didn't receive anything at all), it also means that the seller didn't receive payment.

That of course means the seller has no responsibility whatsoever, it's all a case between you and Linden Lab. It also means that Linden Lab can not legally redeliver the item to you but they can and should give you your money back.
