We currently have a few Sunset View Beach huts for L$250 per week with an allowance of 100prims unfurnished or 50prims furnished in their own parcels with privacy enabled.

 



 



 

We also have a couple of AF New York Skyboxes for L$350 per week with an allowance of 150 prims unfurnished or 50prims furnished in their own parcels with privacy enabled.

 

(Plenty of space available for extra skyboxes if needed).



After payment an automatic group invitation to join La Maison Contemporaine will be send and tenant is able to Rez objects, Set Home, Fly, control Parcel Media&Music and use Eject/Ban.

Rezzing permanent objects outside the parcels is not permitted unless approval is given from one of the managers.

Banlines are not allowed but tenants are allowed to permanently Eject/Ban anyone who creates trouble.

Avatars below 10 days are automatically teleported to their Home.

Lucky Letter Boards available at the landing point which give a Free Extra Week if you are already a tenant.

(Only 1 extra week per month, it cannot be transfered to other tenants and cannot be refunded)
