this line makes me think you did not add a CC but a debit or prepaid. A CC doesnt need funds, it IS a fund itself.

If you use a debit or prepaid ( even when it ha a mastercard/visi or other real cc logo) will not work.

only real CC, paypal (verified) and Skrill are accepted payment methods.
