You could and should open a support case at https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/ and ask Linden Lab for help. There is very little chance they will get involved though so your money is probably lost.
I suppose your next question the is, is Marketplace fraud allright, and the answer is no, but Linden Lab doesn't care and they are the only ones who can do anything about it.

I have to point out in this particular case though that the seller already has three negative reviews saying exactly the same as you did...
