You can sumbit a ticket (case) from the Support Portal (click Help above). Use Marketplace >> Failed Delivery Items.

Sorry but this is a resident supported answers forum.  No one here can resend your order.  You need to contact the seller of the item and ask them to resend.  But first go to the Marketplace and see what the status of the order is.  From the menu select Shopping - Purchases to see the delivery status.  If it is pending, then it hasn't been delivered yet.  If it shows that it was delivered and you didn't receive it, then you will need to contact the seller for a redelivery.
