Both of you check your "Transaction History" on your accounts on the website.

That should show your correct balance, the message is just saying that inworld it may not be showing correctly, but it should fix itself in time. You can try relogging to see if that fixes it faster if you like.

Happened to me before who ever got the message just needs to relog, maybe clear cache and check your balance again. If your money isn't there then check the account transactions.
