There is NO premium account needed to rent from us. All land is set for the 1st weeks tier so you do not have to pay any land fees!

   We hold a raffle twice a month for all new full region rentals for a free week of tier! You do not have to click anything to enter! When you rent a new full region, you are automatically entered to win!

ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS PAY THE LAND YOUR FIRST WEEK THEN YOUR RENTAL BOX 3 WEEKS AND WE WILL CREDIT YOUR BOX THE WEEK YOU PAID TO THE LAND + 1 FREE WEEK!    We do have specific sim types for renters needs, so please read the covenant before purchasing to make sure what you intend to use the land for is allowed. Our different sim types are listed below:

Adult Residential ONLY - no breedables or businesses
Residential ONLY - no breedables or businesses
Heavy Commercial - No limit on breedables - No clubs allowed
Light commercial - 10 breedable cap per renter- No clubs allowed
Adult Light Commercial - No breedables allowed - clubs allowed
LIght Commercial Club - No breedables allowed - clubs allowed (no adult themed clubs allowed)
