How do I get hold of a live person? My credit card has been wrongly charged.

I had plenty of money in my account, and yet for a small purchase, my credit card was accessed. I made the purchase but the credit card in question isn't even slated to be charged for purchases other than land and other fees, while I use another card to make linden purchases. Who can I talk to to resolve this?
