Don't load head/hair or other parts. What the problem?

I'm going to guess that it's mesh hair and it's way too complex to be rendered by your graphics card.  If you are very lucky, you might be able to force it by raising the value of the Debug Setting RenderVolumeLODFactor to something like 4.0.  If so, I'd recommend getting better quality hair, with less unnecessary detail, instead.
