Friend's Avatar will not load AT ALL for me. No mist, no name tag, nothing.

She just doesn't exist outside of the radar feature. Have tried relogging, force rez unloaded avi's, block/unblock, both of us relogging, and clearing my cache. It's only this one person. So i need help to figure out what to do at this point.

have a look at your blacklisted items. Possible you didn't block your friend but derendered.
