I manage Serenity Lake Mall and we currently have 2 shops and 3 kiosks available for rent. The mall has regular events, as well as onsite fishing, games, and carriage rides. 

There are many benefits to renting a store or kiosk here.
1. There is no set landing point, each advertisement we send out uses a different SLURL so each store gets exposure.
2. With your permission, store specific advertisements will be placed in group notices and other advertisements.
3. We have planned events for the mall, including open mic nights, fishing contests, game nights, a planned Christmas market, and more..
4. Selling breedables is permitted. (please keep them static)

5. We also offer an individual sky platform to each shop owner. Feel free to use it to build on/put up a house/arrange a display, whatever you like. The platform shares prims with your shop.
