How to can scan your inventory for items with scripts you cant trust?

and don't be too affraid for such scripts.... they will not take anything from you without asking permission to take your L$ ... it's practicly always clicking and accepting too fast, without reading what is really asked.

People take advantage of that to take your money. But in fact you allow it yourself by clicking yes....NEVER grant permissions to objects unless you know what it is for.

An item in your inventory isn't going to do you any harm anyway (except add to the clutter of course).

A script will only run if you rez r wear the item it's in.

still the same... if you don't provide any info, there is no way others can get it. It's not possible by objects to get more than what is visible in your profile already.

The only way is when you go to a malicious website and give your pw/username there.

what you mean with old school stuff isn't really clear for me...
