Templeton Cove is a 3 sim residential and recreation region with an all-inclusive lifestyle. We are open to the public for all of our outdoor activities. We have Kayak, Paddle Boats, Row Boats and Bumper Boats. Swim with whales, underwater exploration and a submarine for public use. We have light shopping on our pier, with a fun and free photo studio, and a hang out coffee shop. We also have free bicycles, and a hot air balloon ride.
A visitor can climb to the top of Mount Templeton's light house and receive a free prize!
Visit our Lake House Residents Club House for Live Music, or DJ's, or for our collection of fun and interactive board games like Greedy, Uno, CAH, Chess, Checkers and MORE! Visit our Spa at Templeton Cove for a fun and relaxing day of pampering, or catch one of our DJ's hosting blues, rock, and folk in the Spa at Templeton Cove.
Find our Gearbox Raceway Skybox for a FUN time of racing go carts, or try our bumper boat race course on the ground level.

The Templeton Family, together with friends, have created this region with the goal of providing an all-inclusive lifestyle for our residents, and for the public. We hope to present an atmosphere of an American styled Lake Living, with outdoor recreations, gathering spaces, interactive fun, and community life.
