Error on log in gives me the link to Grid Status Report but when I click, doesn't take me there

It says the login problems have been resolved.

You can also simply click the HELP link at the top of this page.  The link to the Grid Status Report is on the right side of that page, along with many other useful things.

I again could not make log in , I wrote to support and waiting for an answer . But I don't understand why report that the problem is solved when it is not solved .
