No, we don't have the faintest idea.  We're all SL residents like you, and we can't read minds.  Lindens never come to this resident-to-resident Answers site, either, so they'll never see your post.

Check to be sure that your computer meets the system requirements for Second Life, and that you have downloaded the version that is appropriate for your computer's operating system.
