my avatar got banned from a region how do I find out why

i am sure i have not done or said anything wrong but not only was my avatar banned so were my alternative characters

The owner of a region can ban you from the region for any reason at all (or no reason whatsoever).

Your only hope is to send the owner a polite notecard asking why you've been banned, and explaining that you hadn't realised you were doing or saying untoward and, if the ban is rescinded, you promise not to do it again, whatever it was.

The landowner doesn't have to readmit you, but it can't hurt to ask.

Otherwise there's plenty of other regions in SL to visit.
