Aprill Romano
What happens land donated to a group when the member who donated that land decides to leave/quit/ goes back to a freebee account???
0 Alwin Alcott
before he can downgrade to basic he has to take off the donation, or his account wont downgrade. If he does, the group has to cover the lost donation, or sell/abandon the part thats not longer within reach of their allowed landholding.
0 SAULGOODiE
The land will no longer be usable by the group, but what happens to the land depends on how the resident chooses to get rid of it. If they sell the parcel the profit will be divided amongst those in the group with the proper permissions, whereas if it is abandoned it will simply be un-usable. A very important thing to remember is that TIER is donated to a group, not land, so the resident would need to adjust their land donations to see it reflected in billing (this might be automatically resolved in the process of downgrading, but I am not sure.) Short Answer, unless someone else donates Tier to your group to take its place, the land will no longer be under the groups control.
0 Alwin Alcott
if the land is donated it's not possible just to sell. Thats only possible for a landholding that's deeded to the group by a role that is allowed to sell the land. The donation won't end with that.
