QueenOfMassacre
There's a few griefers I know of, but one sticks out to me. Usually he goes by a similar name. But I have firsthand witnessed him be indecent in voice and in chat, and I've seen him use crashers, and even had him threaten to hack people, including myself. Is it appropriate to report him, even if it's after the fact? Is it okay to report his new alts when I spot them?

If you can prove beyond any reasonable doubt that it is him maybe but how are you going to do that?
Alwin Alcott
yes it's ok to report, but be sure you stay to the facts, if LL isn't able to verify your report it will be simply deleted. Also if the alts actually do things that arent allowed you can report it. But not only just because you think it's his alts. Abuse of abuse reports will be handled the same way as a abuser would be. Most practical advice i would give... mute/block and don't go where he hangs out all the time, seems you are on the same locations a lot.

I think I know who we are talking about here and that person always hangs out at the same infohub. If it's somebody else, well griefers tend to be very territorial. There are seedy part of Second Life where you don't want to go if you're sensitive to verbal abuse and infantile pranks. Not that many though and it's a big world. Claireschen Hesten
You should definitely report each and every incidence of griefing or crashing be prepared for no action to be taken especially if your report is vague, i go to places where in certain sims (which i avoid) griefing and crashing are rife and those moaning about the trouble makers say they've AR'd yet these griefers and crashers are still able to log in every day and cause trouble. best you can do is find somewhere else to hang out away from the trouble
