Problem processing TP request to Linden Home?

Hi I have a problem with teleporting to my Linden Home. I abandoned the old one to get a new style, first time I´m doing that and it got to another location also but I cant go there, not with slurl because I get a error there saying I have to download something but I have no idea what, or copy and paste in chat.  It only says this and has been all evening.

First, try logging back in to see if the problem goes away.  If it doesn't, contact Live Chat.

i am still having problems with my linden home and i have tried everything. i deleted the linden home i had and rebuilt another one and went to go there and it sent me to somewhere to a house that wasnt mine. i am getting very fustrated and dont know what to do next. i need to either talk to someone or something cause i have furniture i would like to put in my home and cant get in there whatsoever. so pls pls help me.
