Merchant outbox issues

Im using a third party viewer and havent had problems before but today i added a few gacha items, i recieved an error telling me to try again later. well ive refreshed relogged and done anything i can think of but i cannot locate these items either in my inventory or my merchant listings.

Which viewer are you using?  I suspect it's Singularity, which hasn't been updated with the viewer managed marketplace  (VMM) feature yet.

You can no longer upload items to the marketplace using the old merchant outbox. You need to use a VMM compatible viewer which has the new marketplace listings floater.

To recover your missing no copy items from the Merchant Outbox, do the following on the LL viewer or Firestorm:

• Open Inventory
• In inventory, click the Gear menu.
• Go to "Show Filters"
• In Filters, tick "Always Show Folders".
• Then in Inventory, look for the Merchant Outbox folder.
• Hopefully your no copy item is inside this folder.
• You can cut/paste or drag this item back into normal inventory.
• Untick "Always Show Folders" in filters when done.

thank you im actually using CtrlAltStudio viewer, it said it worked with 3 out of 6 but they arent there. ill try this now
