Double check the Transaction History on your dashboard at secondlife.com >>> Account to be sure that it doesn't include a record of the sale. If it does, but you have not received the item, send the merchant a polite note (including a copy of the Transaction History details) and ask for redelivery. Most merchants will be glad to redeliver, if the item was not no-copy.
